Juniors Events on Sunday July 1 CANCELLED

It might as well rain until September...

In view of the heavy rain that is forecast for the next few days we have regretfully decided to cancel the juniors events planned for this Sunday. We thought it was better to do this now, and to allow people to replan their weekends, rather than to have the 'is it on/off?' uncertainty carry on into Sunday.
The juniors vs parents matches will hopefully be rescheduled for later in the, ahem, summer.

Cublington U15s: ON at 4:30pm

4:30pm: Cublington must have their own micro-climate...
Anyway, the match is ON this evening despite all the rain we've seen 'down south'. Let's get up there and enjoy the hospitality they've laid on for us.

Juniors Practice Thursday June 28

The under 15s Bucks Cup semi final will be played at home on Thursday June 28 against Marlow Park. As a result, normal juniors training will be not be held that evening. However, two age groups can be accommodated for nets practice only: all the under 10s from 5:45 - 6:45pm, and all the under 12s from 7:00 to 8:00pm. All other age groups are very welcome to come and support the under 15s, but there will be no coaching as the outfield will be fully in use.

Under 17s vs Cublington OFF

4:30pm: The recent deluge has meant that the under 17s game has been called OFF this evening. We have pencilled in Monday July 9 as the date for a rearranged match, again at home.

Both Monday Under 13 Matches OFF

Drip drip drop, little April showers, May cloudbursts and June torrents

8:00pm Sunday: Both of Monday's under 13 matches, at Dinton and at Old Berkeley, have already been called off. We will look to reschedule both, but bear in mind that the 13A's match against Cublington has already been rearranged once and we may have to share the points.

Under 15Bs vs Chearsley OFF

Bored with the raincloud, so here's something different

11:10am: The inevitable has happened, and the under 15B match is OFF this evening. Not a difficult decision to make, this one. Chearsley & Dinton are both keen to play the fixture, so we are looking for some new dates.
PS Like the umbrella? The raincloud was getting, like, sooo boring...

5:20pm: We've had showers, but we are going to risk it and juniors practice is ON. If we have to call off the 7pm session then we will try to update this site beforehand.

Under 15s vs Wendover - Match ON

Just to confirm that this evening's match is ON. Hoorah.

4:30pm: Under 13s OFF, Under 11Bs ON

This evening's under 13s league fixture against Cublington is OFF because of the damp, unsafe conditions. We're attempting to reschedule.
The under 11Bs match at Wendover, however, is ON. The wonders of an artificial surface, I guess.

Under 11s vs Ballinger OFF

Unfortunately the heavy rain yesterday has left the square sodden, and this morning's under 11 match against Ballinger is the latest to fall victim to the weather.
We have to report also that tomorrow's under 13 match against Cublington is looking doubtful, as yet more rain is forecast. The website will always have the latest information, so keep watching this space.
