Keep checking here for the latest news on the Bucks Cup Under 15 match at Beaconsfield and on junior practice night.
As at 4:30pm both are ON, and you should assume both will go ahead until you read here otherwise.

Turville Park at Home on Sunday

It's home to Turville Park this Sunday June 10 in the npower Village Cup Bucks semi final, with a 2pm start. Turville Park beat Winchmore Hill by 6 wickets last Sunday.
Bledlow Ridge play Hawridge & Cholesbury in the other semi final.

Under 9s Please Read

With the first under 9 league match of the season on Sunday, there will be an additional training session for all under 8s and under 9s (years 3 and 4) at Dinton on Saturday from 11am - 12 noon. (Note: not 10-11, as in the earlier email.) We will confirm the team for Sunday after this session.

Juniors Practice is OFF This Evening

Given the continuing sodden conditions and the need to protect the ground, the threat of more rain and the fact that it's half term, juniors training is OFF this evening.
We will be in touch with the under 8s & under 9s shortly to arrange a separate training session ahead of their first league match this Sunday.

Under 15s vs Chenies OFF

Coleshill Next in the Village Cup

It's now Coleshill at home on Sunday June 3, in the rearranged npower Village Cup quarter final. Coleshill beat Stoke Green by 8 runs in the last round.
Here's what happened last time we played them in the competition.

All Matches OFF Today

It's that pesky raincloud again. The npower Village Cup match will be played at Dinton next Sunday. The under 11 league match against The Lee will be re-arranged if we can, but it will not be during half-term.

Please Assume U15 and U13 Matches ON

U15 and U11B Sunday Games OFF

STOP PRESS... Chearsley decided to tell us at 9:30pm on Saturday that they did not have a team to face our under 11Bs on Sunday morning. The plan is to move up the road to Dinton to have a pairs game on the square.
Winchmore Hill are unable to raise a side, so have conceded the Bucks U15 cup game. Round 2 opponents not yet known - Chenies & Latimer or Penn Street, away.

CRB Checks

A number of club members need their CRB forms renewing, and several more need to complete CRB checks for the first time.
The good news is that Mick Lewers has been added to the list of people in Bucks who are able to verify CRB forms, so we won't have to organise any more 'CRB signing evenings' with external verifiers. Mick & Julie will be seeking out those who need to complete forms, but please just ask if you are unsure whether you need one or not.
