Indoor Nets - Updated Details

Indoor nets will run from 6-8pm at Waddesdon School on Wednesdays to March 28 2007. These will be mixed senior & junior sessions (Waddesdon has four nets).
The junior timetable is as follows:
Under 14s and under 15s - Jan 31, Feb 14 & 28, Mar 14 & 28 6pm - 8pm
Under 12s & under 13s - Feb 7 & 21, Mar 7 & 21 6pm - 8pm
Under 16s and under 17s are welcome on any Wednesday.

The cost will be £3 per person per session (any time from 6pm-8pm).

Dinton's the place to be for some serious summer coaching and fun over the week commencing Monday July 30. Full details can be read here. Get your application forms in early!

Indoor Nets for Under 11s

For all age groups up to under 11 (year 6), indoor nets will be held at Stoke Mandeville Stadium on the following dates:
   Sunday Feb 4, 5:30pm – 6:30pm
   Sunday Feb 18, 6:30pm – 7:30pm
   Sunday March 4, 6:30pm – 7:30pm
   Sunday March 25, 5:30pm – 6:30pm
The cost will be £3 per person per session, or £10 for a 'season ticket' for all four.

2007 Cherwell League Divisions

The Cherwell League line-ups for 2007 have been published. In Division One the 1st XI will meet Banbury IIs, Banbury XX, Bicester & North Oxford, Buckingham Town, Cumnor, Great Tew, Milton Keynes Park, Oxford Downs and Shipton. For the full list click here.

Annual General Meeting

The club's Annual General Meeting will take place at the clubhouse from 8:00pm on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 28. (The original scheduled date had to be moved from November 23 because of a clash with the Cherwell League's AGM.)

Congratulations to all the award winners for the 2006 season. Presentations were made at the dinner & dance on November 11; see the full list of the winners here.

Graham and Michelle Go the Distance!

Congratulations to Graham Davidson and his step-daughter Michelle Hughes on completing the New York Marathon! Graham finished in 5 hours 24 minutes and Michelle in a very creditable 4 hours 47 minutes. Both were running on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society; for donations visit Michelle's and Graham's websites.
Well done both, from all at the club!

Club Dinner Dance, Saturday November 11

The club's annual dinner dance and senior player presentation evening will be at The Harrow, Bishopstone, on Saturday November 11, 7:30 for 8pm. Tickets are £25 a head, to include a three-course meal and a glass of wine.
