Junior Awards Thursday September 3   03/09/09
Juniors awards Thursday Sept 3, 6:30pmThe annual junior awards presentation is due to take place at the club this evening from 6:30pm.
It looks as if the weather will cooperate, but because of the dodgy forecast earlier this week we'll not be running the barbecue this evening.
Come along to review the season and celebrate team and individual successes. We should finish by 7:15pm at the latest. The first training session will run from 5:45pm to 6:25pm, but there will be no formal training for the second session.

It Couldn't Be Much Closer...   01/09/09
It's the final day of the Cherwell League season this coming Saturday, and all three sides have fights on their hands.
The first XI are one match away from promotion to the Home Counties Premier Cricket League for the first time in the club's history. Seven points at home to Horspath in last Saturday's drawn match mean that Dinton are level with Buckingham at the top of Division 1, but ahead of them by virtue of having a better record in head-to-head matches this season.
Meanwhile, the second XI face a relegation battle with Witney Mills in
Division 3 and the third XI need to keep their distance above the relegation zone in Division 8.
Good luck to all three teams.
