Seconds at Home RAINED OFF   18/07/09
The seconds match at home to Bledlow Village on Saturday July 18 has been called off because of a waterlogged pitch after Friday's monsoon.

Firsts and thirds matches still currently ON.

Under 17s are Aylesbury League Champions   14/07/09
The under 17s made it three Aylesbury League titles in three years on Monday with a victory over Thame Town in the play-off final. Congratulations to all the squad and thanks to Ted and all other 'helpers' along the way.
Next up is the Bucks under 17 final, at home on Sunday July 19 starting at 9:30am against Mid-Bucks League winners Gerrards Cross.
Also on Monday evening the under 9s narrowly failed in their bid for the Aylesbury League title, losing by 12 runs. Well done to all the under 9 squad and commiserations for being pipped at the post.

That was Quite a Weekend!   13/07/09
First up, the firsts went back to the top of Cherwell League division 1 with a 7-wicket win over Shipton. The seconds drew with Twyford, and the thirds recorded their third win on the bounce by beating Stokenchurch.
It got even better on Sunday, as Dinton beat Langleybury to go through to the national quarter-finals of the npower Village Cup. At the same time, the under 13s were beating The Lee to win the Bucks under 13 championship.
Congratulations!

Two Junior Finals This Evening   13/07/09
The juniors are in action in two Aylesbury District League finals this evening.
The under 9s play Cublington, at Cublington, hoping for a repeat of the 2006 final result.
At the other end of the scale the under 17s take on Thame Town at Dinton, aiming to win the under 17s title for the third year running.
Both matches start at 6pm, and your support is compulsory!

Under 13s in Bucks League Final   06/07/09
Under 13sCongratulations to the under 13s, whose 7 wicket victory over Bletchley Town last Sunday saw them reach the final of the Bucks under 13 competition.
The final will be against The Lee, starting at 2:30pm on 'Bucks finals day' this coming Sunday July 12 at Stowe School. Good luck to all of the squad. All support on the day very welcome!

Langleybury Away in Next Round of the Village Cup   02/07/09
npower Village CupThe 9-run win against Rowledge sees Dinton away at Beds & Herts champions Langleybury for the next national round of the npower Village Cup.
The match is on Sunday July 12, with a 2pm start.
The full national draw can be read here (Excel file).

Bucks League Junior Semi-Final   02/07/09
The under 13s are away to Bletchley Town on Sunday July 5 in the semi-finals of the Bucks League, having won their conference and remained unbeaten for the second year running. The match starts at 10am, and the more support we can get there the better.
In the under 15 Bucks League competition Dinton also finished top of their conference because of a superior run rate, but crucially finished level on points with High Wycombe. Wycombe go through to the semis because they beat Dinton in a league match earlier. So congratulations but commiserations to our under 15s. However, they do still have the chance to qualify for the Aylesbury District League final by beating Cublington here on Monday evening.

Bolt From The Blue, Friday June 19 7:30pm   18/06/09
Bolt from the Blue are a terrific seven-piece blues & soul band who are going to provide a great evening of live music for us and help us raise money for the new pavilion in the process.
They are performing at Haddenham Village Hall this Friday evening, June 19. Doors open at 7:30pm. There will be a full bar on the night, run by the club – so over 18s only please.
If you haven’t already bought your tickets (and many thanks to those that have) there are a few tickets still on sale, costing only £8. Please come and support the club, and have a terrific time in the process! Tickets will be available at the tuck shop this evening at junior practice, contact any of the junior coaches or team managers for details, or email juniors@dintoncc.co.uk.

Rainwatch: Wednesday 4:20pm   17/06/09
We don't know where the rain will strike this evening, or if it does how heavy it will be.
It's the usual message therefore: all matches are ON until or unless we call them off.
You'll always get the latest information here or by following us on Twitter.
